Job Description
Job Purpose
Execute sales activities to promote company products, achieve assigned targets, and support customer base expansion.
Engage with customers, coordinate sales processes, manage documentation, and ensure effective service delivery.
Support the Immediate Superior in daily sales operations and customer management.
Responsibilities
1. Promote and sell company products by establishing and developing relationships with prospective and existing customers to achieve sales targets
2. Expand business with existing customers by promoting new products through effective sales strategies and engagement
3. Maintain high standards of customer service, providing timely support, accurate product information, and clear communication
4. Evaluate product promotion and market presence together with marketing teams.
5. Improve product and market knowledge continuously through training, seminars, workshops, and self-learning
6. Forecast CR/RFQ accurately, plan sales, and quantity, to support departmental and individual KPIs.
7. Coordinate customer-related documentation and activities, including quotations, samples, registrations, shipments, meetings, and travel arrangements
8. Maintain proper documentation of agreements and contracts, support purchase order accuracy, and respond promptly to customer enquiries and complaints
9. Monitor customer payments, follow up when necessary, and assist with internal and external audit requirements
10. Support exhibitions, PCO activities, UAT for new customers, initial production accuracy, sales budget planning, and perform other duties as assigned by the Immediate Superior.
Qualification and Experience
1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field from a recognised institution
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
3. Knowledge of sales negotiation techniques, selling, and presentation skills
