SENIOR EXECUTIVE - SALES

Job Description

OVERVIEW

  • To achieve sales target by promoting and selling company products.
  • To expand customer base / to increase customer counts.
  • Key assistant to manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To meet individual and team KPI set by the company.
  • To sell company products by establishing contact and developing relationship with prospective customers.
  • To expand business with existing customers by promoting new products or through a sales strategy.
  • To maintain good rapport with customers by providing support, high level of service, market and product information, regulatory guidance and market trend.
  • To possess sound analytical skill and always proposes solutions to manager for problem solving.
  • Actively involves in the implementing of marketing plans to achieve sales target.
  • To maintain accurate records of pricing, sales, Customer Requirement (CR) File, Forecast Quantity.
  • To facilitate the agreements and contracts discussion with customers.
  • To maintain the filing of agreements and contracts signed with customers.
  • Responsible for customer enquiries pertaining to quotation, product, sample, registration, shipment, artwork, visit and payment.
  • Responsible for sending new pricing to customers and update CR File.
  • To suggest price review based on feedback from customers.
  • Responsible for accuracy of Purchase Order processing.
  • To monitor payment of customers and follow up payment with customer when necessary.
  • Able to train, coach and motivate EG8 and below.
  • To involve in internal and external audits. 
  • Key person for coordinating the exhibition and attends exhibition both local and overseas.
  • To organise Packaging Change Order (PCO) meeting, kick off meeting and participate into User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with other departments involved for new customers and new requirements. 
  • Responsible for accuracy of initial production of new items via sighting the production process. 
  • To assist Manager / Assistant Manager in the yearly sales budget planning by providing customer’s sales forecast.
  • To perform customer survey.
  • Any tasks assigned by Manager / Assistant Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor Degree in Business / Marketing or equivalent from a recognised institution.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Able to speak Japanese language.
  • Sales negotiation techniques.
  • Selling skills.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Able to liaise with competitor, suppliers for market info.
