Job Description
OVERVIEW:
- To be the subject matter expert (SME) in providing ideas to develop new product pipelines.
- To support the Product Development and Business Development team in introducing new products.
- Job authorities, if applicable, as defined in all the QMS-related documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in conducting market research to identify trends, competitor products, and opportunities in the medical device industry.
- Conduct user needs assessments to gather insights from end users in the clinical setting through surveys, interviews, and feedback sessions.
- Understand and analyse users’ needs, pain points, and preferences.
- Work closely with the product development team to prioritise features and improvements that align with user needs and company business goals.
- Support the development of functional prototypes for user testing and validation.
- Gather user feedback on the prototypes and identify opportunities for further improvement.
- Support the launching of new products in the clinical setting and monitor the products’ performance in the market.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement with regular follow-ups with end users.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with KOLs, clinical teams, and other key personnel involved in the introduction of new products.
- Any other tasks assigned by the superior.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience in the hospital/medical setting.
- Relevant working experience in the pharmaceutical / medical device industry is preferred.
- Medical knowledge in CSSD, OT, or Dialysis will be an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Registered with the Malaysia Nursing Board.
