Job Description

OVERVIEW:

• Setting up MUN Group IT department
• Providing direction and guidance to IT subordinates in aligning to organizational strategic priorities
• Leading the execution of IT strategies to support the growth of MUN Group of companies

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing direction and approving IT Infrastructure design for a medium to large-scale organization
• Forecasting and preparing annual budgets for IT spending at organizational level
• Crafting Strategic IT Plans and roadmap for a medium to large-scale organization
• Creating systems and structures to lead disaster recovery and system restoration for business continuity
• Overseeing project deliverables that support the organization's strategic initiatives
• Creating inclusive customer experience and satisfaction levels
• Formulating policies and procedures that safeguard information resources
• Leading the teams for a medium to large-scale organization
• Nurturing talent and driving succession programs preferably for a medium to large-scale organization
• Working in a complex organization, navigating and influencing multiple stakeholders to achieve results
• Building a network of strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong problem troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Monitoring daily IT operation
• Monitoring daily project delivery
• Developing IT staff, coach and help staff to achieve the goal.
• Remove showstopper in IT projects, resolve technical problem and operation issues.
• Volunteer and support non-IT improvement activity
• Any other tasks assigned by the superior.
