PRODUCT SPECIALIST

Job Description

OVERVIEW

• To identify, develop, implement, and manage company’s product offering strategy in line with company’s long-term goals.
  
  

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for managing and implementing product marketing related activities that best fit in the assigned territories.
• Manage & coordinate product development projects with relevant stakeholders in the assigned markets & territories.
• Conduct market research, competitor’s analysis, and implement plans to set us apart from competitors.
• Manage pre-launch and post-launch analysis/ activities.
• Be the products expert and able to conduct internal/ external trainings and counter objections and challenges.
• Supporting product collaterals preparation which may include brochures, videos, infographic, etc.
• Supporting subsidiaries / affiliate company in handling regulatory & product quality matters with authority and key stakeholders (internal & external).
• Analysis of products performance and devise action plans for further growth and improvements.
• To meet personal KPI and contribute to department and corporate KPI.
• To undertake other special assignment, ad-hoc functions and other product development related duties specified by the company.
• Any other tasks assigned by the superior.
  
  

REQUIREMENTS

Education:

• Bachelor Degree in Life Sciences, Medical Sciences, Chemistry, Marketing or equivalent.
  
  

Work Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in pharmaceutical/ medical industries or relevant product-related capacity is preferred.
  
  

Technical and Professional Knowledge:

• Medical regulatory knowledge will be an added advantage.
