Job Description
OVERVIEW :
- Leading strategic recruitment initiatives, sourcing top-tier talents, optimizing recruitment costs, and enhancing the employer brand. This role also focuses on building strong partnerships with campuses and stakeholders to develop a sustainable and diverse talent pipeline.
- Driving talent acquisition success through visionary leadership, operational excellence, and innovative strategies.
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and job offer processing.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent Monitor and optimize recruitment budgets while ensuring cost efficiency and high-quality hires.
- Enhance employer branding by promoting the organization’s Employee Value Proposition to attract and retain top talent.
- Elevate the company’s employer brand by executing impactful campaigns, maintaining a compelling online presence, and leveraging prestigious employer awards to strengthen its reputation and establish as a preferred employer in the industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, organize campus recruitment drives, and develop internship and graduate programs.
- Partner with department heads and HR teams to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality, to continuously improve processes.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future workforce needs, with a focus on critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labour laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Represent the organization at career fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities to attract potential candidates.
- Perform any other duties assigned by superiors as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business administration or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in recruitment, employer branding, and/or human resource management.
- Recruitment and selection processes.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems.
- Employer branding and employee value proposition.
- Knowledge of labour laws and compliance.
- Analysis of recruitment metrics for process improvement.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Expertise in crafting social media content and job postings.
