Job Description
Job Purpose
1. To support plant performance improvement through execution of process optimization, equipment enhancement, and continuous improvement activities.
2. The role supports performance monitoring, data analysis, project implementation, and technology deployment initiatives to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
3. The position works closely with Operations and Engineering teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
Responsibilities
1. Support process and equipment improvement activities to enhance plant performance.
2. Collect and analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
3. Assist in implementing Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
4. Support equipment optimization, modification, and enhancement activities.
5. Monitor and report improvement project progress and results.
6. Assist in troubleshooting process and equipment-related issues.
7. Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams on improvement activities.
8. Prepare reports and maintain documentation for improvement projects.
9. Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, ISO 9001, and company requirements.
10. Support operational excellence initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
Qualification & Experience
1. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
2. 1 year of working experience in engineering/ maintenance. Fresh graduates will also be considered.
3. Troubleshooting skill.
4. Modification skill.
5. ISO related good documentation practice.
6. Knowledge in sensor, wiring installation, PLC programming (Ladder Diagram) — Siemens, Fatek, Omron
