Job Description
Job Purpose
Manage the respective utility assets which include Chiller, Air compressor, Wastewater Treatment & Scrubber.
Manage the factory energy consumption.
Provide coaching and develop subordinates in respective assigned assets.
Responsibilities
1. Monitor and provide guidance on all operation, electrical, and mechanical breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and improvement projects within Hartalega NGC utility, WTP, and SST.
2. Coordinate and execute maintenance activities to ensure compliance of WTP discharge and Scrubber emissions with DOE and company standards.
3. Lead the team in planning and executing annual maintenance work, ensuring timely completion and minimal downtime.
4. Conduct daily PMC meetings and provide updates to the PMC Chairman.
5. Troubleshoot machinery, determine necessary repairs or modifications, and oversee segregation of damaged items for repair or disposal.
6. Enforce the use of LOTO procedures for all electrical isolation work and uphold strict safety practices across all activities.
7. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, government officers, and other departments/plants on projects, audits, and cross-functional activities.
8. Manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and prepare regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly, annual) while ensuring compliance with ISO documentation standards.
9. Train, coach, and guide subordinates to improve preventive maintenance efficiency, teamwork, discipline, and compliance with management direction.
10. Drive continuous improvement in processes, equipment reliability, and overall equipment efficiency (OEE).
