Job Description
Job Purpose
The incumbent assists the Production Manager in maintaining and troubleshooting daily production processes and resolving product quality issues. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with ISO 9001/13485/GMP requirements and enforcing company rules and regulations.
Responsibilities
1. Maintain compliance with ISO 9001/13485/GMP requirements by following and regularly updating written work instructions, procedures, and documentation.
2. Review production checklists and reports, address exceptions or findings with the relevant personnel, and ensure timely resolution.
3. Monitor glove quality through QAI and departmental reports, investigate issues with relevant teams, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
4. Follow up on corrective and preventive actions taken by Supervisors to confirm problems are fully rectified.
5. Supervise and evaluate Supervisors� performance against their job descriptions.
6. Organize and provide regular training to production staff to ensure competence in their roles.
7. Monitor production KPIs, investigate shortfalls, and discuss improvements with the Manager.
8. Document all process deviations and changes accurately.
9. Oversee good housekeeping, product handling, storage, and preservation across production areas.
10. Coordinate with Engineering and CNI departments to plan, execute, and follow up on preventive maintenance, modifications, and repairs to minimize downtime.
Qualification and Experience
1. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering, Science or equivalent.
2. Fresh Graduates or 1 year working experience.
3. Ability to troubleshoot the issue systematically by applying related troubleshooting tools.
