Job Description
Job Purpose
Coordinate with the Manager to maintain smooth and efficient department operations.
Responsibilities
1. Plan, arrange, and supervise former dismantling from production lines.
2. Organize segregation, cleaning, and storage of used formers to maintain quality.
3. Execute disposal of aging formers according to schedule and company procedures.
4. Maintain and monitor the performance of former kilns and cleaning machines.
5. Develop and implement procedures for post-cleaning processes of formers.
6. Implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve former-related quality issues.
7. Collaborate with Planner and Production Manager to address operational issues and align changes.
8. Coordinate with Engineering Holder team to identify and implement improvements.
9. Conduct risk assessments and discuss improvement plans with Plant Manager.
10. Plan departmental training, manage manpower allocation, and update performance dashboards while complying with ISO9001/13485/14000/GMP standards.
Qualification and Experience
1. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or equivalent.
2. Fresh graduate or Minimum 1 year of working
3. Problem solving and troubleshooting techniques.
