Job Description
OVERVIEW
Support the development and management of internal communication platforms, employee surveys, engagement and recognition programs, culture-building initiatives, and employer branding activities to ensure effective communication, engagement, and alignment with Hartalega’s values.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting in developing and implementing robust communication framework and acting as gatekeeper of Hartalega’s communication platforms
- Ensuring effective development, cascade and dialogue/ feedback on internal communications
- Preparing internal communications regarding organizational programs or policies
- Administering employee surveys and Voice of Customer survey
- Assisting in designing and administering employee surveys and Voice of Customer survey
- Assisting in driving culture building programs to instil the values of Honesty, Innovation, Excellence, Learning, Dedication & Synergy
- Coordinating and executing employee engagement programs, e.g., Hartagize and executing sports club activities, festive activities, etc
- Assisting to execute and assess effectiveness of recognition programs, e.g., Hartanian of the Month (HOTM), Hartanian of the Year (HOTY)
- Assisting to strengthen employer branding including plan and gather information for external recognition, e.g., (SME and Entrepreneurs Business Awards (SEBA) ExcelaRlence Awards (EXA))
- Managing and maintaining communication platforms including Workplace and Hartanet
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Degree in any related field (Social Science/ Human Science)
Work Experience:
- Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year experience in similar roles and responsibilities preferably in manufacturing.
Technical and Professional Knowledge:
- Project Management Tools
- Data collection and analysis to outline change solutions and define success indicators
- Culture and Employee Engagement initiatives i.e., Human Processes, HR Management
- HR process compliance to audit procedures
- Advocacy and inquiry
- Employer branding (e.g., employee engagement, performance management, employee development)
- Organizational change management
- Diversity and inclusion Management
- Contract and vendor management
- Employee Relation Management
- Microsoft Office (Word/PowerPoint/Excel)
