Job Description

Job Purpose

Administer and maintain structured Learning and Development (LnD) management processes to build and sustain a highly competent workforce.

Responsibilities

1. Administer the Learning Management System (SAP SuccessFactors preferred), including system configuration, access control, troubleshooting, user support, and eLearning content management.

2. Upload, update, organize, and curate eLearning modules, and contribute to the development of multimedia-rich learning content aligned with organizational objectives.

3. Coordinate internal, external, and public training programs in line with the annual training plan, covering logistics, trainer coordination, session facilitation, and maintenance of attendance and certification records.

4. Track, analyse, and report training effectiveness using the Kirkpatrick Model, and recommend improvements to strengthen learning outcomes.

5. Partner with managers to identify training needs, recommend suitable programs, and support LnD and cross-functional HR projects through effective timeline and stakeholder management.

6. Lead assigned Learning and Development projects, managing deliverables, milestones, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful completion.

7. Maintain and update LnD policies, procedures, and training documentation; prepare evidence and records for internal and external audits.

8. Administer HRDC-related submissions and training claims, ensuring compliance with HRDC requirements and regulatory standards.

9. Execute additional Learning and Development tasks as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives.

Qualification and Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Learning and Development or similar roles.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications for documentation, reporting, and data management.

4. Experienced in managing training functions with working knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning concepts.

5. Familiar with training needs analysis methodologies and e-learning platforms, including Learning Management Systems (LMS).

6. Exposure to HR service quality management and HR policy or legislative framework administration is an added advantage.
