Job Description
Job Purpose
Support the full spectrum of Performance Management and Total Rewards, including the design and governance of the Performance Management System, compensation and benefits, STI and LTI frameworks, equity-based incentive scheme, job architecture, and rewards analytics to support business performance and strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
1. Support the development, implementation, and governance of Performance and Rewards policies, strategies, and programs to ensure competitiveness, internal equity, and regulatory compliance.
2. Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, promotions, increments, and remuneration benchmarking.
3. Support Short-Term Incentive and Long-Term Incentive programs, including bonuses, profit sharing, gratuity scheme, and equity-based incentive schemes.
4. Draft and review fixed-term employment contracts, ensuring alignment with legal and company standards.
5. Support the full Performance Management System cycle, including goal setting, cascading, assessment, calibration, audits, and 360-degree feedback processes.
6. Develop and maintain Performance and Rewards analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
7. Provide training, guidance, and coaching to build function capabilities in Performance and Rewards practices.
8. Monitor market trends and best practices to ensure Performance and Rewards frameworks remain competitive and relevant.
9. Develop and manage organization structure and job architecture, including job analysis, classification, coding, and grading to ensure alignment with business needs.
10. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior from time to time.
Qualification and Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Fresh graduates or minimum 1 year of relevant experience for junior Performance and Rewards positions.
3. Knowledge of compensation and benefits management, performance management systems, and job evaluation.
4. Understanding of HR policies, employment regulations, and governance requirements.
5. Proficient in data analysis and HR systems for reporting, tracking, and decision-making.
