Job Description

OVERVIEW:

Maintain and administer robust Learning and Development (L&D) management processes in achieving highly competent workforce.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Actively contribute to the development of eLearning content that aligns with organizational learning objectives, using interactive and multimedia-rich formats to boost engagement and knowledge retention
  • Serve as the primary administrator for the Learning Management System (preferably SAP SuccessFactors) by managing configurations, overseeing user access, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation and user support
  • Manage LMS content by uploading, updating, and organizing eLearning modules to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with training objectives and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate internal, external, and public training sessions as outlined in the annual training plan, encompassing both in-person and virtual delivery formats
  • Track and analyze training impact by applying the Kirkpatrick Model (4 levels of evaluation) and recommend continuous improvements to enhance learning effectiveness
  • Collaborate with functional managers to identify training needs that support departmental objectives, recommending programs to bridge skills gaps and drive performance
  • Facilitate targeted training sessions, including soft skills programs tailored to learner needs, as endorsed by management
  • Recommend focused learning interventions and continuous improvement initiatives to boost work efficiency and close competency gaps
  • Lead assigned L&D projects, managing timelines, stakeholder engagement, and achieving successful project completion
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing and presenting relevant L&D processes and documentation as needed
  • Maintain and keep all L&D policy documentation up to date, organized, and easily accessible
  • Participate actively in company-initiated HR projects, supporting cross-functional teams to ensure seamless training process integration
  • Perform additional tasks as required by the superior, showing flexibility and proactive support for L&D goals.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with similar roles and responsibilities.

Technical and Professional Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Managing Training Functions.
  • Managing Training System especially Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Conducting Training Needs Analysis.
