Job Description

OVERVIEW :

  • Maintain and administer robust Learning and Development (L&D) management processes in achieving highly competent workforce.
  • Actively contribute to ongoing L&D projects and initiatives to enhance organizational growth and talent development
  • HRDC Grant Management: Serve as the process owner for HRDC grant applications and claim reimbursements, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
  • Plan and coordinate internal, external, and public training sessions as outlined in the annual training plan
  • Maintain and analyze learning effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement based Kirk Patrick 4 Level of training effectiveness
  • Collaborate with functional managers to identify and evaluate relevant training programs to support department goals
  • Ensure all training records are accurately documented and maintained for compliance and reference
  • Serve as the learning administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring smooth operation and user support
  • Facilitate tailored training sessions, including soft skills programs, as endorsed by management
  • Recommend targeted learning interventions and continuous improvement approaches to boost work efficiency and close competency gaps
  • Lead assigned L&D projects, managing timelines and stakeholders to ensure successful completion
  • Conduct training audits and evaluations as assigned to maintain effectiveness and compliance standards
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing and presenting relevant L&D processes and documentation
  • closely with cross-functional and cross-site teams to ensure seamless operation and integration of training processes
  • Maintain the L&D policy and ensure all related documentation is updated and accessible
  • Actively participate in company-initiated HR projects to support organizational initiatives
  • Perform additional tasks as required by the superior, demonstrating flexibility and support for L&D goals

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor Degree in any related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with similar roles and responsibilities.
