Job Description

Job Purpose

Lead and oversee end-to-end warehouse and packaging material operations, driving accurate stock movement, timely replenishment, and full compliance with SOPs and quality requirements.

Supervise daily warehouse activities, guide subordinates, and coordinate closely with key departments to ensure smooth execution, proper documentation, and operational continuity.

Drive process improvements while upholding safety, housekeeping, and efficiency standards to sustain consistent warehouse performance.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily Packaging Material store operations to maintain smooth workflow and uninterrupted supply support.

2. Establish and enforce process controls for stock movement and inventory management, while coordinating with other departments on execution and improvements.

3. Supervise receiving, put-away, storage, and stock-out activities in accordance with SOP, ensuring proper arrangement, segregation, identification, and labelling.

4. Coordinate with QA on incoming materials to validate quality status and confirm correct storage conditions.

5. Manage stock replenishment activities, approve purchase orders, and align supplier delivery schedules with operational requirements.

6. Verify, document, and update all material movements in the system, and execute daily cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.

7. Develop, implement, and enhance warehouse systems, processes, and procedures, including regular review and update of quality system instructions.

8. Control stock levels, order processing, and inventory availability to meet production and supply demands.

9. Lead, train, and develop subordinates to drive performance, improve efficiency, reduce waste, and resolve operational issues.

10. Maintain warehouse organization, facilities, equipment, and safety compliance, and execute additional tasks assigned by the superior.

Qualification and Experience

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or a related field.

2. Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year of experience in supply chain functions, including Planning, Logistics, or Warehouse Management, with exposure to supervisory duties.

3. Hands-on experience in warehouse operations, stock movement, inventory control, and replenishment processes.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.

5. Strong working knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) concepts and application tools.
