MANAGER - HR CENTER OF EXCELLENCE (LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT)

Job Description

OVERVIEW  

• Develop and implement learning strategies, e-learning courses, maintain the learning management system, and manage budgets. 
• Assess training needs, deliver training, and track learning effectiveness. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

1. Create and execute learning strategies and programs that aligned with the organization’s objectives.
2. Assess individual and organizational training needs and maintain a learning culture throughout the organization. 
3. Work closely with stakeholders to secure an aligned framework/approach to competency development.  
4. Organize e-learning courses, workshops, and other trainings. 
5. Track budgets, negotiate contracts, and effectively manage the third-party training providers. 
6. Measure and report on learning programs effectiveness and oversee the learning content and progress in the learning management system. 
7. Supervise L&D specialists. 
8. Any other tasks that assigned by your superior. 

REQUIREMENTS  

Education:  

• Bachelor’s degree / Master’s in Human Resources or in Business Administration or any equivalent 

Work Experience:  

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with similar roles and responsibilities. 

Technical and Professional Knowledge:  

• Knowledge in L&D areas. 
• Training Needs Analysis. 
• Competencies Development. 
• Project Management 
• Advanced Facilitation Skills. 
• Advanced Instructional Design Capabilities. 
• Managing training functions.
