Job Description
Job Purpose
Drive efficient and reliable production by developing and executing schedules that balance sales forecasts, inventory levels, and line capacity. Oversee production performance, changeovers, material availability, and manpower deployment to achieve on-time delivery with minimal waste. Strengthen workforce readiness and support new product introductions through skill development, operational planning, and trial coordination.
Responsibilities
1. Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts, orders, inventory levels, and line capacity.
2. Balance workloads across production lines and shifts to achieve on-time delivery targets.
3. Monitor production performance in real time and adjust schedules to address downtime, material shortages, or manpower gaps.
4. Plan and coordinate product and former changeovers, aligning with maintenance schedules and low-utilization periods.
5. Track former usage and schedule preventive replacements in collaboration with Production and Maintenance teams.
6. Analyze and reduce changeover times to improve efficiency and minimize wastage.
7. Track material availability, trigger requisitions, and prevent shortages or overstocking.
8. Forecast manpower requirements, manage attendance, and adjust deployment to close gaps or address surpluses.
9. Conduct manpower skill assessments, maintain a skill matrix, and develop workforce readiness for production needs.
10. Coordinate new product trials, OTP (Operational Trial Planning), and NI4 (New Introduction Readiness) sessions to confirm production readiness.
Qualification and Experience
1. Bachelor�s Degree in any related field which related
