SENIOR EXECUTIVE / EXECUTIVE - FINANCE, COMMERCIAL

Job Description

OVERVIEW

• Executing business strategies and provides support to commercial team to realise business objectives.
• Involve in planning and budgeting processes, KPI monitoring as well as profitability analysis.
• Maintain a sound controlling measures in commercial processes for Hartalega group of companies, to safeguard and optimise the resources.
• Ensures timely and accurate profitability analysis of the group and working closely with various stakeholders.
• Taking a hands-on driving role in developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive financial information for analysis, management information and control purposes for own brand business. The information developed should also be use by the business to initiate operational actions to meet organizational objectives.
• Review and advise the management on potential business risk that may arise from the change in statutory requirements, cross border investment etc for own brand business.
• Responsible for yearly budget preparation processes of the group.
• Any other relevant duties or tasks as assigned by superior.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, with ACCA/CA/CPA/MIA qualification.
• Minimum 5 years with relevant working experiences.
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent analytical skills
• Exposure in integrating IT application into financial reporting etc. that support business needs
• Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Proven ability to provide financial tools, analysis and solutions to support business needs and translate them into improving the financial performance
• Strong knowledge on Generally Accept Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
