SENIOR EXECUTIVE - GROUP REPORTING (RTR)
Job Description
OVERVIEW :
- To assist in the daily operational matters of the Accounts Dept.
- Responsible to prepare and maintain full set of accounts.
- Responsible to prepare timely and accurate report and ensure compliance with all reporting requirements.
- Timely preparation of Group’s monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and other regulatory requirements including accounting, tax, legal and secretarial duties.
- Responsible to ensure timely and accurate report to relevant statutory reporting requirements.
- Assist to review and monitor the financial report from subsidiaries & related companies to ascertain the accuracy of information, ensure compliance with Group's financial policies.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary and bankers.
- Assist to prepare the Group annual budget, budget review and forecasting.
- Assist to monitor the cash flow position to prevent any shortfall or excess fund being kept in non-interest bearing account.
- Assist in enterprise risk management and compilation of report.
- Prepare full set of accounts and any other related accounts as assigned from time to time.
- Supervise & monitor work of subordinates (if any) and provide on the job training to increase their job knowledge and efficiency.
- Ensure that non-conformances are reported and corrective actions are taken.
- Any other duties or tasks as assigned by superior.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or professional qualification (e.g.: ACCA / CIMA / MACPA).
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience.
- External audit experience is preferred.
