Job Description
- End-to-end recruitment process for executive level and above hiring in the Company.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings especially high niche skills and hot jobs in the Company.
- Manage all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews, and communication) and develop sustainable candidate lead strategy.
- Perform reference and background checks for potential candidates.
- Ensure recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire are on track.
- Communicate with stakeholders to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals.
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Ensure all successful hiring documentation are in proper as aligned with compliance.
- Discuss with and report to superior(s) regularly on status of recruitment activities. Take corrective action where necessary.
