Job Description
Job Purpose
Maintain high reliability and effectiveness of plant control systems and instrumentation through troubleshooting, modifications, and repairs, while leading the Engineering Control and Instrumentation team for efficient operations, and enforcing company regulations and ISO 9001/GMP requirements.
Responsibilities
1. Enforce compliance with all safety procedures across control systems and instrumentation activities.
2. Coordinate and execute plant control system and instrumentation operations.
3. Assign daily tasks to engineering personnel and supervise execution.
4. Conduct and supervise inspections of plant control and instrumentation systems.
5. Lead plant maintenance activities, including prompt response to equipment breakdowns.
6. Supervise and perform instrumentation calibration according to required standards.
7. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in control systems and machinery automation.
8. Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of new control systems and instrumentation.
9. Monitor spare part inventory and maintain adequate stock levels.
10. Review and validate documentation related to control systems and instrumentation for accuracy and applicability.
Qualification and Experience
1. Minimum Certificate / Diploma in Electrical/Electronics, Control Instrument, Mechatronic or any equivalent
2. Minimum 3-4 years working with Control and instrumentation
3. Knowledge on basic wiring and sensor and mechanical part installation
4. Knowledge on PLC (Siemens, Fatek)
