Job Description
Job Purpose
Maintain utility assets and machinery in optimum running condition while upholding 5S, safety, and company regulations; lead the team in executing utility-related tasks; and promote the HARTALEGA Way by practicing SHIELD values, ESG principles, 5S, and Operational Excellence.
Responsibilities
1. Perform installation, breakdown maintenance, and preventive maintenance for all utility equipment.
2. Operate and maintain boilers, chillers, and air compressor systems at optimized conditions.
3. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance, reporting defects or repair needs to supervisors/engineers.
4. Investigate utility issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective solutions.
5. Respond to abnormal or emergency situations with immediate corrective actions.
6. Maintain compliance with HSE policy and drive safe work practices in all activities.
7. Execute proper documentation and recordkeeping in line with ISO requirements (checklists, reports, commissioning records).
8. Drive improvements to reduce breakdown frequency and duration, enhancing overall equipment efficiency (OEE).
9. Coordinate with other departments/plants on cross-functional maintenance or utility activities.
10. Uphold workplace organization and cleanliness through effective housekeeping and 5S practices.
