Job Description

Job Purpose

Oversee and monitor inventory control and material handling processes to maintain operational accuracy and efficiency.

Enforce company policies, workplace and safety regulations, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and GMP requirements.

Responsibilities

1. Arrange formers in the store for charge in/out prior to the change former process.

2. Record and update former stock movements accurately and in a timely manner within the system.

3. Lead and monitor former inventory activities to maintain accurate stock control.

4. Prepare stock count lists, conduct random verifications, and reconcile discrepancies.

5. Inspect formers and replace damaged or cracked units with serviceable or new items.

6. Coordinate receiving and issuance activities with the Production team, verifying quantity and condition.

7. Track and report former stock levels and movement records as required.

8. Train new staff on proper former handling procedures, SOP compliance, and safety practices.

9. Maintain workplace hygiene and uphold 5S standards.

10. Perform additional duties as assigned by the superior.

Qualification and Experience

1. Minimum Certificate or Diploma qualification; SPM with relevant working experience may be considered.

2. Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience; foreign warehouse experience for local workers is subject to competency evaluation by superior.

3. Knowledge of warehousing operations, inventory methods, material handling, and equipment operation/maintenance.

4. Ability to operate reach truck and forklift, perform basic calculations, and work on shift rotations.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, familiar with WMS concepts, and able to maintain inventory control systems.

6. Capable of planning, organizing workload, monitoring stock levels, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
