Job Description
Job Purpose
Monitor daily production, inspect repaired holders for quality, and authorize only approved holders for plant replacement to achieve output targets.
Responsibilities
1. Manage holder movement, servicing, cleaning, and manpower allocation.
2. Coordinate projects and departmental activities to meet KPI targets.
3. Plan and schedule repaired holder output for AM and ad-hoc AM requirements.
4. Organize and allocate daily work assignments to the team.
5. Plan and schedule repairs of holder tools, such as holder cages.
6. Direct, instruct, and supervise disassembly, cleaning, and assembly tasks.
7. Maintain sufficient stock of holder spare parts in the store.
8. Achieve daily holder output based on engineer’s target.
9. Monitor workplace safety and maintain proper organization.
10. Prepare and submit daily and monthly holder reports, including feedback on abnormalities and proposed countermeasures.
