Job Description
Job Purpose
Maintain plant and machinery at optimal operating conditions.
Monitor wastewater and scrubber discharge parameters to meet requirements at all times.
Responsibilities
1. Manage plant operations, maintenance, and manpower allocation for Scrubber and Water Treatment Plants.
2. Plan and schedule duty rosters, daily work orders, and annual maintenance execution to optimize productivity.
3. Direct and supervise maintenance tasks, including breakdown, preventive, and improvement work.
4. Monitor spare parts inventory, PPE availability, and 5S standards to maintain operational readiness.
5. Conduct daily PMC meetings, review checklists, and report findings to CePIETSO and PMC Chairman.
6. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other departments for projects, modifications, or improvements.
7. Track downtime, equipment performance, and Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE), implementing improvements where needed.
8. Comply with LOTO procedures, ISO documentation, safety regulations, and audit requirements.
9. Lead and coach subordinates to enhance productivity, teamwork, and operational efficiency.
10. Innovate processes and implement improvements to reduce frequent breakdowns and address non-user-friendly equipment.
