SUPERVISOR - PRODUCTION (OFFLINE QUALITY CONTROL) (EG05)

Job Description

Job Purpose

Supervise and control OQC operations, including QC and packing activities, packaging materials, equipment, and machines, while ensuring compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and ISO 9001/13485/GMP requirements.

Responsibilities

1.Supervise OQC workers to perform jobs according to written work instructions.

2. Organise and plan gloves for inspection, checking, and repacking by OQC operators.

3. Maintain segregation of NR and NBR products across all OQC areas.

4. Allocate packaging materials from the store based on the packing plan.

5. Verify and monitor the work of OQC Group Leaders, Inspectors, and Operators.

6. Handle and follow up on problems reported by OQC Group Leaders.

7. Review and check all checklists and reports submitted by Group Leaders on a timely basis.

8. Provide on-the-job training to QC Testers, Packers, Inspectors, and Group Leaders.

9. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of OQC rooms, storage, packaging, and final packing areas.

10. Conduct worker appraisals during the probation period.

Qualification and Experience

1. Minimum SPM or equivalent working experience.

2. Preferable with working experience in glove manufacturing plant for at least 1 year.
