Job Description

Job Purpose

Supervise and monitor CRM processing activities, maintaining compliance with company rules, safety regulations, and ISO 9001/13485/GMP standards. Oversee daily packing operations, coordinate resources, and guide team members to achieve operational targets. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and overall performance.

Responsibilities

1. Plan and execute daily packing and cleanroom operations, coordinating materials, equipment, manpower, and cleaning supplies for Senior Group Leaders (SGL) and Group Leaders (GL).

2. Supervise and direct daily activities of direct reports, maintaining workflow, productivity, and operational decision-making.

3. Schedule staff shifts, organize replacements, and prepare rosters to optimize manpower deployment.

4. Verify finished products and process outputs meet customer requirements, specifications, and quality standards before transfer.

5. Conduct training and briefings for SGLs, GLs, operators, and support staff, ensuring adherence to safety, productivity, and regulatory standards.

6. Collect, analyze, and report operational data to support process improvement, stock-taking, and decision-making.

7. Oversee cleanroom maintenance activities, including wiping, vacuuming, trash removal, mopping, attire washing, and inventory of cleaning materials.

8. Manage documentation and records, including procedures, work instructions, OPLs, checklists, system updates, QI reports, and stock take records.

9. Drive continuous improvement and 5S initiatives, analyzing workflows, adjusting procedures, and implementing operational improvements.

10. Coordinate audits and compliance activities, acting as subject matter expert for cleanroom operations and regulatory adherence.

Qualification and Experience

1. Preferably with college diploma.

2. Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in glove or related industries.

3. Ability to supervise, instruct, and train employees, ensuring compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and traceability systems.

4. Knowledge of occupational hazards, safety precautions, line clearance procedures, and quality checks.

5. Understanding of labor relations, equal employment opportunity policies, and relevant regulatory requirements.

6. Basic understanding of supply chain management processes and inventory control.

7. Ability to maintain records, prepare reports, and analyze operational data.

8. Ability to perform basic arithmetic: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

9. Physically fit and committed to workplace safety, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
